If you are new to Vaibs MediYoga, whether an experienced yoga practitioner or a brand new beginner, it can be daunting to step into a yoga studio you're not familiar with. To make that step a bit more comfortable and a lot less overwhelming we strongly recommend you first register with us by creating an online account HERE. This will mean one less step and much time saved when you do visit us. You are welcome to purchase a membership or a class pass online at that time, or wait until you come to the studio. The account you create will allow you to purchase passes, memberships, workshops and special events, as well as provide you with the opportunity to sign up for classes online.

Vaibs MediYoga has studio mats you are welcome to use them. You need not bring anything with you apart from yourself, a yoga mat and comfortable clothes you can move in (shorts, leggings, sweat pants, t-shirt or tank).

Many beginners wonder which class to start with. The one that you can come to, is the short answer. There are many classes on our schedule; many different names and descriptions, but they all have teachers that are happy to see new faces and very comfortable and familiar with teaching new students. They are fully capable and eager to lead a class for all different levels; the beginner included! But if you're still looking for a definitive answer; Gentle or level 1 are always a good bet!

If you have not created an online account and signed up/paid for a class you will need to arrive 20 minutes prior to class start to complete the paperwork. The more done online the less time you will need to spend at the front desk and the more time you will have to relax before your class begins.
